Role Summary :

We are looking for a senior-level Data Architect to lead the end-to-end design of a decorated identity graph that will serve as the foundation for real-time personalization, modeling, and campaign activation. This role will own the schema, enrichment logic, data access model, and integration architecture across Databricks, Delta Lake, Neo4j, and API endpoints.

Responsibilities :

- Design the architecture of an enriched identity graph using PySpark, Delta Lake, and Neo4j

- Define standards for identity stitching (IP, Email etc.) and graph traversal strategies

- Partner with product and engineering to define the schema and variable mapping for enrichment fields

- Architect access and publishing layers for downstream consumers (e.g., APIs, data science models, CDPs)

- Ensure data governance, versioning, and compliance rules (PII masking, source-of-truth tagging)

- Provide technical oversight to data engineers during implementation

- Collaborate with API/backend teams on FastAPI or RESTful exposure patterns

- Participate in discovery workshops to finalize data contracts, use cases, and interface requirements

Required Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in data architecture, ideally with graph-based identity solutions

- Deep expertise with Databricks, Delta Lake, PySpark, and distributed data pipelines

- Strong knowledge of graph databases (preferably Neo4j) and identity stitching methodologies

- Proficient in Python and SQL

- Familiarity with API integration layers (FastAPI, OAuth, REST standards)

- Strong understanding of data governance, auditability, and privacy compliance (CCPA, GDPR)

- Bonus: experience with CDPs (Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium) or marketing tech pipelines
