We are looking for an accomplished Data Architect with deep expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, and enterprise data management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing robust, scalable data architectures that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence across large organizations.

You will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy, defining architecture standards, and ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions aligned with organizational needs.

- Develop data models, database schemas, and warehouse structures to support analytics and operational systems.

- Define data management and governance standards, ensuring consistency and data quality across the enterprise.

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical data designs.

- Oversee ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data integration, and data pipeline optimization.

- Evaluate and recommend data warehousing technologies and frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.

- Drive best practices in data mining, segmentation, and data lifecycle management.

- Partner with data engineers, developers, and analysts to ensure optimal performance and accessibility of data platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring reliability and consistency across systems.

- Contribute to enterprise data strategy, ensuring alignment with broader IT architecture goals.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- 10- 15 years of IT experience, with a major focus on data architecture and data management.

- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and database architecture principles.

- Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or cloud-native databases).

- Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or Apache NiFi).

- Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and database design best practices.

- Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and master data management (MDM) concepts.

- Experience in data mining, data segmentation, and analytics enablement.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

- Certifications in data architecture, cloud data engineering, or database technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) will be a plus.

Preferred Competencies :

- Experience with cloud data ecosystems (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery).

- Working knowledge of modern data platforms, such as Snowflake or Databricks.

- Familiarity with data security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
