The Offshore Test Lead will lead offshore QA execution, automation support, and test documentation for the Vision Platform Consolidation (VPC), a large scale healthcare platform migration. This role is responsible for hands on test execution, automation participation, module level test plan creation, and strong data validation using SQL, while ensuring full alignment with the approved VPC Test Strategy and onshore QA direction.

This is a working Test Lead role, requiring both technical depth and team leadership, not a coordination only position

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have) :

- 6+ years of QA / Testing experience with 2+ years as a Test Lead

- Proven experience leading offshore QA teams in enterprise programs

- Hands on experience with test automation tools (AccelQ or similar)

- Strong SQL expertise for data validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis

- Experience creating test plans and test strategy artifacts at module level

- Strong healthcare domain knowledge (claims processing preferred)

- Experience with test and defect management tools (Rally or Jira)

- Excellent communication skills for onshoreoffshore coordination
