Role Overview :

As a Data Analyst at Renaissance Academy of Wisdom, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and curriculum development, to understand their data needs and provide them with meaningful reports and dashboards. Your analysis will directly impact the effectiveness of our programs, the efficiency of our operations, and the overall growth of the academy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and web analytics platforms, to identify trends and patterns.

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.

- Conduct statistical analysis and data mining to uncover insights that inform business decisions related to program development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions.

- Present data findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner.

- Automate data collection and reporting processes using Python scripting to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights using statistical techniques.

- Proficient in data visualization tools, specifically Power BI, to create interactive dashboards and reports.

- Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.

- Excellent proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings to diverse audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related area.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
