We are looking for experienced Darwinbox Implementation Consultants to join our growing implementation team. If you have hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS implementations and enjoy working with enterprise customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end Darwinbox HRMS implementations for enterprise clients.

- Gather, analyse and validate business requirements and translate them into scalable Darwinbox solutions.

- Configure and implement Darwinbox modules based on customer requirements.

- Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, system testing, UAT support and production deployment.

- Collaborate with customers, project managers, technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Support data migration, integrations and solution validation activities.

- Provide implementation best practices and process improvement recommendations.

- Deliver high-quality customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Work effectively with global customers across multiple time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

- 2-5 years of hands-on Darwinbox implementation experience.

- 2+ years of Workforce Management implementation experience.

- Experience implementing the following Darwinbox modules :

1. Core HCM

2. Talent Management

3. Expense Management

4. Workforce Management

5. Integrations

- Strong understanding of complete HRMS implementation lifecycle.

- Experience with configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.

- Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with data migration and system integrations.

- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience working with medium to large enterprise customers.

- Comfortable working with global customers and cross-functional teams.

Preferred :

- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise SaaS HCM solutions such as :

1. Darwinbox

2. Dayforce

3. Replicon

- Previous consulting or implementation partner experience.

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

- Overall 2-7 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise HCM/HRMS SaaS applications.

- Relevant implementation consulting experience is highly desirable.
