Role Overview :

This is a functional domain expert role focused on Supply Chain & Manufacturing processes within D365.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supply Chain & Manufacturing Strategy : Define end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing transformation strategy. Align D365 SCM solutions with : Business goals, operational efficiency targets, digital transformation roadmap and act as domain architect for manufacturing and supply chain systems across enterprise.

- End-to-End SCM Solution Architecture : Own complete SCM solution architecture across : Procurement, inventory, warehouse, production / Manufacturing. Design integrated, scalable supply chain solutions aligned with business needs. Ensure alignment across Finance, Manufacturing, and Logistics system.

- Manufacturing Domain Leadership : Lead design for : Production Planning (MRP/MPS), capacity Planning & Scheduling, shop Floor Execution, manufacturing Order Management, support different manufacturing types : Discrete Process Engineer-to-order.

- Business Process Re-engineering : Conduct : Fit-Gap analysis, process mapping workshops.

- Redesign : Demand planning, supply planning, production workflows, recommend best practices instead of replicating legacy processes.

- Integration & Ecosystem Design : Define integrations with : MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), WMS (Warehouse systems), PLM, logistics, suppliers. Ensure end-to-end data flow across supply chain systems. Collaborate with technical architects on APIs and middleware.

- Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics Optimization : Architect solutions for : Inventory control . Warehouse automation, order fulfillment. Improve : Inventory turnover, warehouse efficiency and Logistics cost optimization.

- Planning, Forecasting & Analytics : Design : Demand forecasting models, supply planning strategies, define KPIs like : Fill rate, lead time, production efficiency. Enable real-time analytics using Power BI and D365 insights.

- Continuous Improvement & Innovation : Drive : Automation (IoT, AI-based planning), warehouse optimization. Evaluate new D365 features and upgrades. Improve system performance and usability continuously.

- Global Program & Multi-Project Management : Lead multi-country SCM implementations. Ensure consistency across : Plants warehouses regions coordinate with global teams and vendors.
