- 3-5 years of experience in Tableau development with Strong Dashboarding experience.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills and should be able to handle stakeholders and drive the dashboarding initiative.

- Dashboard designing, and deployment using Tableau eco system

- Ensure delivery within given time frame while maintaining quality

- Proven experience in technical leadership with good technical delivery skills.

- Producing support documentation and keeping existing documentation up to date.

- Proven experience in data analysis.

- Experience in visualization development.

- Experience with other BI tools (Business Objects or Power BI is preferred).

- Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced querying skills.

- Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team.

- Good to have working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.

- Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing.

- Awareness of agile/iterative approaches.

- A strong understanding of SDLC process is needed.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and documentation.

- Strong ability to communicate and embed information, business process, and system wide changes to a technical and non technical audience.

- Flexible and adaptable.

- Experience with Agile projects is preferred.

- Good documentation skill is needed.

- Experience using JIRA / Confluence is needed.

Academics :

- Bachelor s degree preferable in Computer science.

- Master s degree would have an added advantage.
