Job Title : Senior Test Engineer

Experience : 5 - 9 Years

Location : Gurgaon / Chennai / Remote (for strong profiles)

Notice : immediate to 15 days

Mandatory Skills (Summary) : Automation Testing, API Testing, Integration, Java, Rest Assured, JMeter, SQL, Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Soql Queries.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer with strong expertise in API Automation, Integration Testing, and Performance Testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Rest Assured, JMeter, and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5- 8 years of QA experience with strong focus on API & Integration Testing

- Expertise in API Automation using Java + Rest Assured

- Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

- Experience with SOQL queries for Salesforce data validation

- Good understanding of JSON, XML, OAuth, authentication/authorization flows

- Experience with API tools like Postman, Swagger

- Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

- Debugging skills using tools like Postman, Fiddler, Charles, Splunk

- Experience with AI-driven API validation techniques, including :

i. Automated schema validation using LLMs

ii. API response validation

iii. Intelligent API mocks & test data generation

iv. Identifying edge cases and anomalies in integrations

- Strong understanding of Shift-Left Testing practices

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute API and Integration test strategies

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java & Rest Assured

- Perform performance testing using JMeter

- Validate Salesforce integrations using SOQL queries

- Conduct backend validation using databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Identify defects, debug issues, and ensure root cause analysis

- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

- Ensure quality through early-stage validation (Shift-Left approach)

- Build intelligent and scalable API testing solutions

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab

- Exposure to Cloud Platforms : AWS, Azure, GCP
