Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong technical expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Development, and complex integrations.

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and developing scalable, reusable, and performance-optimized Salesforce solutions while working on complex integrations and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop complex, reusable, and scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Implement advanced LWC capabilities, including Lightning Message Service (LMS), Wire Service, and Shadow DOM styling.

- Develop comprehensive unit tests using Jest to ensure code quality, stability, and coverage.

- Design and implement secure, scalable integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Implement event-driven solutions using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).

- Develop and manage asynchronous processes within Salesforce.

- Configure and optimize Salesforce solutions across security, data model, workflows, and business processes.

- Apply best practices around Governor Limits, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.

- Support deployment activities using Bitbucket and Azure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver robust Salesforce solutions.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA / Einstein Analytics).

- Experience designing datasets, recipes/dataflows, and dashboards in CRM Analytics.

- Knowledge of SAQL is an added advantage.
