Role Overview :

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of sophisticated mobile applications that serve as the primary interface for our clients' end-users. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into seamless, high-performance mobile experiences. Your contribution will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our product suite, ensuring that our applications remain competitive and user-centric in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain robust mobile applications using React Native to ensure cross-platform consistency and high performance for our diverse user base.

- Integrate complex RESTful APIs and handle JSON data structures to ensure seamless communication between the mobile front-end and backend services.

- Optimize application state management using Redux to improve data flow and overall app responsiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical performance bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth experience across both Android and iOS platforms.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in TypeScript and JavaScript development to elevate the team's technical standards.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying production-grade mobile applications with 7 to 9 years of professional experience.

- Advanced proficiency in React Native, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns.

- Strong capability in managing application state with Redux and implementing efficient data synchronization with RESTful services.

- Proven ability to navigate the nuances of both Android and iOS ecosystems, including platform-specific deployment and optimization requirements.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical decisions to stakeholders and collaborate within a hybrid work environment in Pune.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced development cycle.
