- 10 to 12+ years of experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP Supply Chain (WM)

- 5 to 7+ years in architecture roles with proven delivery, ownership and stakeholder management

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Systems Architect (Senior Manager) with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain (WM) to lead architecture design, system optimization, and enterprise solution delivery. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive scalable, secure, and high-performing system solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, document, and configure system specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements

- Lead system planning, development, and deployments, and ensure compliance with hardware, software, and security standards

- Evaluate interfaces between hardware and software to ensure optimal system performance and reliability

- Design and maintain system architecture, parameters, and configurations for scalability and efficiency

- Identify performance gaps, implement improvements, and ensure data integrity and system effectiveness

- Conduct system testing, validation, and maintenance of updates and configurations

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology vendors

- Strategically design and implement technology solutions aligned with business goals

- Assess standard platform capabilities vs. customization requirements

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize integration requirements

- Optimize system performance and ensure seamless user experience and accessibility

- Document detailed technical specifications based on business requirements

Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field

- 15+ years of experience in IT, with strong focus on SAP

- Deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain, especially SAP WM (Warehouse Management)

- Proven experience in system architecture design and enterprise-level implementations

- Strong delivery ownership and stakeholder management experience

- Hands-on experience in system configuration, integration, and performance optimization

- Strong understanding of system compliance, security standards, and data integrity

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with SAP EWM or S/4HANA Supply Chain modules

- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern architecture frameworks

- Experience working with global teams and large-scale enterprise environments

- Certifications in SAP or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF)

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation tools

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree (required) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
