Mandatory Skills :

- SAP LO / SCM

- SAP SD

- SAP Data Migration (Migration Cockpit LSMW ETL Tools)

- Cross-functional integration knowledge

Job Summary :

- Collaborate with E2E process teams for master data design and governance

- Gather and analyze business requirements for migration

- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation

- Define field mappings and value transformation rules

- Prepare and execute migration programs and tools

- Conduct testing, reconciliation, and validation of migrated data

- Support rollouts and site readiness activities

- Provide guidance on migration strategies, best practices, and decision-making

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in SAP ecosystem

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Logistics modules

- Mandatory : SD (Sales & Distribution)

- Optional : MM / WM / PP / QM

- Proven experience in SAP Data Migration projects

- Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP implementations

- Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementations

- Strong knowledge of Master & Transactional Data Migration

- Hands-on experience with migration tools :

a. Migration Cockpit

b. LSMW

c. ETL Tools

- Familiarity with MDM tools (optional) :

a. SAP MDG

b. Informatica MDM

- Advanced skills in Excel and documentation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred Industry Experience :

- Pharma & Biotech domain experience
