Job Summary :

Responsible for leading end-to-end data migration activities across SAP S/4HANA deployment groups. The role involves managing migration strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of migration cycles aligned with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead data migration track for one or more SAP ERP Deployment Groups

- Define and refine data migration strategy

- Plan and manage migration cycles and schedules

- Align migration timelines with testing plans

- Lead workshops with stakeholders and business teams

- Oversee execution of migration activities from extraction to load

- Manage and support migration team members

- Track progress and ensure timely delivery

- Support rollout and site preparation activities

- Ensure validation and sign-off of migrated data

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of SAP experience

- Experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations

- Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA data migration

- Strong cross-functional knowledge (MM, SD, FI, etc.)

- Hands-on experience in master and transactional data migration

- Strong understanding of ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load)

- Experience with ETL tools and migration tools

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Advanced Excel and documentation skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Strong communication skills

Preferred Industry Experience :

- Pharma & Biotech domain experience is preferred.
