Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced SAP O2C Business Analyst for a leading manufacturing organization based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This is a pure Business Analyst role requiring excellent stakeholder management, business process understanding, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes

- Work closely with business users, leadership teams, and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements

- Drive workshops, process discussions, and solution alignment sessions

- Support SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA integration and upgrade initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business requirements

- Bridge the gap between business and technology teams effectively

- Participate in roadmap planning and transformation discussions related to SAP S/4HANA

- Ensure delivery of scalable and business-aligned SAP solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience as an SAP Business Analyst

- Strong functional expertise in SAP O2C processes

- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA integration projects

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA upgrade/transformation programs

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to interact with senior business confidently and technical teams

- Experience in the Manufacturing domain is preferred
