We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead both Manual & Automation Testing teams and ensure seamless product performance across QA and Production environments. The role also involves driving organizational quality standards including CMMI and ISO compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee end-to-end testing activities

- Ensure smooth module closures in QA environment

- Create detailed and presentable test reports for senior management

- Define and set SOW (Scope of Work) for testing personnel

- Prepare presentations & documentation summarizing defects and quality metrics

- Track and maintain CMMI & ISO certifications at the organizational level

- Ensure work allocation within the team delivers consistent, high-quality results
