Job Title : QA Automation Engineer (API + UI)

Job Description :

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in API Automation and UI Automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Rest-Assured, Selenium, and Java, along with a solid understanding of testing frameworks and SDLC.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute API automation tests using Rest-Assured

- Build and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium

- Write reusable and efficient automation scripts in Java

- Work on both API and UI testing frameworks

- Participate in test planning, execution, and defect tracking

- Ensure quality across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders

- Manage stakeholder and client communication effectively

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Java

- Hands-on with Selenium (UI Automation)

- Strong experience in Rest-Assured (API Automation)

- Experience in API Testing

- Understanding of Automation Frameworks (UI & API)

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of :

1. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

2. Data Structures & Algorithms

3. Complexity Analysis & Problem Solving

- Good understanding of :

i. Testing Life Cycle

ii. SDLC & Test Processes

- Ability to write simple Java programs for real-world problems

- Strong communication (written & verbal)

- Ability to work as an Individual Contributor

Preferred Profile :

- Strong mix of API Automation (Rest-Assured) + UI Automation (Selenium)

- Experience handling stakeholder/client communication
