Role Overview :

We are looking for a Performance Testing Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad to drive end-to-end performance testing for Web Applications, SAP, and APIs. The role involves designing test strategies, executing load tests, and ensuring system scalability and stability.

- NeoLoad Performance Testing (Hands-on)

- Load, Stress & Endurance Testing

- Script development, maintenance & execution

- Workload modeling (Users, TPS, Sessions)

- API & SAP performance testing exposure

- Test management tools (Spira)

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Define performance test strategy, approach & scope

- Collaborate with SMEs to gather performance requirements

- Design and execute performance test scenarios using NeoLoad

- Develop and maintain test scripts and workload models

- Prepare and manage test data for performance testing

- Monitor test execution and capture system performance metrics

- Identify bottlenecks, analyze root causes & suggest improvements

- Fix script issues and optimize test execution

- Prepare detailed reports & executive summaries

- Work closely with Dev, QA & Infra teams for issue resolution

Preferred :

- Experience in handling complex enterprise applications & performance tuning
