Engagement Type : Dedicated Resource Deployment (Non-Employee Consultant)

Deployment Model : Single primary consultant with back-end support from Contetra

Reporting : Reports functionally to project sponsor/steering committee

Location Hybrid : Remote/On-site (as required and agreed)

Time Commitment : Full-time equivalent (approx. 40 hours per week)

Scope of Responsibilities :

The deployed Consultant shall be responsible for the following activities:

A. Business Central Functional Consulting :

- Understanding clients business processes and mapping them to Business Central functionality

- Reviewing functional designs and configurations proposed by implementation partners

- Advising on chart of accounts, dimensions, reporting structures, and finance modules

- Validating functional setups for core modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, and Reporting

B. Project Management/PMO Support :

- Acting as front-end coordination point between client stakeholders and implementation partners

- Tracking project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

- Maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

- Supporting steering committee and governance reviews

- Escalating risks and deviations in a timely manner

C. Global Rollout Support :

- Supporting rollout planning across entities and geographies

- Coordinating country-wise requirements and sequencing

- Ensuring consistency in core design across global entities

- Highlighting localization gaps to appropriate stakeholders

D. Contetra Back-End Support (As Required) :

- Functional reviews and advisory support from Contetra specialists

- Issue resolution assistance for complex functional or accounting topics

- Governance, documentation, and best-practice guidance

- Such back-end support shall be provided on a best-effort basis and shall not constitute deployment of additional full-time resources unless separately agreed.

Out-of-Scope Items :

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the following are excluded:

- Technical development or coding in Business Central

- System configuration execution (to be performed by implementation partners)

- Statutory or regulatory advisory outside India

- Data migration execution

- End-user operational activities

- Third-party vendor management beyond coordination
