Role Overview :

We are looking for a high-ownership Business Analyst to drive Partner journeys on the Partner PLANET App, part of the PLANET ecosystem of L&T Finance. The role will focus on building scalable, compliant, and high-conversion partner experiences, working closely with business, product, and technology teams.

This role will play a key part in enabling dealer / partner onboarding, transactions, campaigns, incentives, and reporting, while ensuring smooth integrations with core lending and servicing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end requirement gathering for Partner PLANET initiatives, including partner onboarding, profile management, lead creation, loan tracking, disbursements, dashboards, and MIS reporting.

- Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and clear acceptance criteria for agile delivery.

- Define and optimize partner journeys with a focus on usability, conversion, transparency, and operational efficiency.

- Work closely with LOS, LMS, Partner Servicing, Product, Tech, UX, and QA teams to ensure accurate requirement translation and timely execution.

- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT coordination, and release readiness across mobile and web platforms.

- Analyze partner behaviour, funnel performance, transaction data, and feedback to identify gaps and recommend continuous improvements.

- Act as a single point of ownership for Partner PLANET requirements, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and closure across stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies :

- 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital products, platforms, or partner / dealer apps (BFSI preferred).

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities across business and technology teams.

- Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

- High ownership mindset with strong accountability and execution focus.
