Position : AI/ML Data Engineer Building AI-Driven Systems

Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Pune (Hybrid)

Experience : 68 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Python, ML Engineering, MLOps, LLMOps)

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Data Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems with a primary focus on ML Engineering, MLOps, and LLMOps.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, cloud deployment (Azure mandatory), and orchestration frameworks for large language models.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement AI/ML-driven systems with emphasis on ML Engineering and MLOps.

- Lead initiatives in LLM Operations including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

- Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar orchestration tools to build production-ready pipelines.

- Design and deploy scalable solutions on Azure Cloud (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus).

- Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure delivery predictability.

- Track and report KPIs including velocity, cycle time, burndown, throughput, and defect trends.

- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across distributed teams.

- Ensure operational readiness and compliance with CI/CD pipelines, testing standards, and SDLC best practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Python: 5+ years of hands-on experience

- ML Engineering / MLOps / LLMOps: 6+ years

- LLM Operations: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG

- Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face (or similar)

- Cloud: Azure (AWS/GCP exposure valuable)
