Summary :

We're looking for a Project Manager to lead offshore cybersecurity project delivery from transition and kickoff through execution and closure while acting as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support project transition and kickoffs; review SOWs and align deliverables accordingly.

- Develop project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and risks.

- Manage day-to-day execution (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) and track milestones against SOWs.

- Conduct weekly project governance meetings; prepare and present project health dashboards.

- Lead the offshore delivery team to run standups, assign work, and manage workload.

- Own client communication: status updates, escalations, and steering committee meetings.

- Manage scope changes and client expectations.

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; review documentation; drive learning and continuous improvement.

- Own key KPIs: on time delivery, resource utilization, scope and change request management.

- Ensure delivery aligns with security best practices and relevant compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).

Reporting:

- Executive dashboards and weekly project status reports.

- Forecasting and resource utilization reports.

Requirements:

- 8+ years in IT/project management, including hands-on experience managing cybersecurity or infosec projects.

- Experience managing offshore teams delivering to onshore clients.

- Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains (SOC, GRC, IAM, cloud security, VAPT, etc.).

- Strong client management and communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with PM tools - JIRA, Confluence, and others.

- PMP/PRINCE2/CSM certification preferred; CISSP/CISM a plus.

- Comfortable working overlapping hours with onshore client time zones.
