About the Role :

You will work with cutting-edge technology to architect and design innovative software solutions.

This role involves collaborating on requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment of projects within our suite of solutions.

You will contribute to transforming how customizable products and spaces are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and madeserving industries such as Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring worldwide.

- Ability to analyze and design developments that fit sales / product management requirements.

- You need to be autonomous and able to organize your work depending on the priorities.

- Ability to plan, execute, measure results and drive improvement on a continuing basis;.

- Strategic thinking and ability to communicate on every level;.

- Collaborate with team to brainstorm and create new products.

- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

- Work collaboratively with others to achieve goals.

- Stay on the leading edge of development practices.

- Drive high?quality coding standards, reviews, and safe refactoring practices.

- Maintain clear technical documentation for long-term product continuity.

- Proactively identify technical improvements and drive continuous improvement in code quality and performance.

Essential Skills apply only if you possess :

- 12 to 16 years of experience building and maintaining medium to large C & C++ applications.

- At least 3+ years in a technical/lead role mentoring 2/3 engineers.

- Strong expertise in modern C & C++ object-oriented design, data structures, and debugging.

- Experience with Delphi programming is a plus.

- Understanding of Firebird & SQL Server Databases is a must.

- Experience with native Cloud VDI on OCI (Cybele like infrastructure).

- Proficiency using RADStudio IDE, including Delphi modules, is a plus.

- Experience developing systems that have an Engineering focus is also a plus.

- Exposure to Web development with C#, ASP.net will be a plus.

- Experience using AzureDevOps and Pipeline will be the added advantage.

- Modernize legacy code (refactoring, dependency cleanup, modularization) and reduce tech debt with measurable outcomes.

- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity is a plus.
