Description :

The Cybersecurity Lead will be responsible for defining and driving the organizations cybersecurity strategy, ensuring robust protection of enterprise and product systems while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. The role will provide technical leadership across security architecture, risk management, and secure development practices, working closely with engineering, product, and compliance stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Define and lead cybersecurity strategy, architecture, and governance

- Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks across systems and platforms

- Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity standards and regulatory requirements

- Guide secure design, development, and deployment practices

- Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and security assessments

- Act as the primary interface for audits, reviews, and regulatory engagements

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline

- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with leadership responsibility

- Strong knowledge of security architecture, risk management, and secure SDLC

- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and senior stakeholders

Preferred :

- Masters degree or relevant cybersecurity certifications

- Experience in regulated or product-based environments
