We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Engineer with strong technical skills and team management experience. The person will protect company systems, lead security projects, and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and manage cyber security controls.

- Monitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents.

- Lead and manage a small security team.

- Perform risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.

- Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and regulations.

- Work with IT and business teams to improve security.

- Review security logs, alerts, and reports.

- Support audits and security reviews.

- Train and mentor junior security engineers.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in cyber security.

- Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.

- Experience in incident response and threat management.

- Good understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

- Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).

- Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, vulnerability scanners, etc.).

- Team management or lead experience is mandatory.

- Good communication and documentation skills.
