Job Qualifications :

Required Skills and Experience :
- Having 5+ Years of experience in Akamai for Microsegmentation
- Continuously monitor traffic flows and policy violations using Guardicore's visualization tools.
- Tune segmentation policies based on observed behaviour, threat intelligence, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure proactive alerting and response to unauthorized communication attempts
- Act as L3 SME for micro segmentation-related incidents within the CDC (Cyber Defense Center) operations model
- Collaborate with SOC, SIEM, and WAF teams to correlate alerts and enforce containment strategies.
- Support 24x7 on-call operations for critical incident response and policy enforcement
- Participate in governance forums and SLA reviews to report on segmentation coverage, policy effectiveness, and incident metrics
- Provide documentation and evidence for audits, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and internal security assessments
- Contribute to CXO dashboards and Power BI reporting on segmentation posture
- Work with OS, application, and network engineers to define protection boundaries and validate enforcement logic
- Support onboarding of new applications and workloads into the segmentation framework.
- Assist in cross-skilling initiatives and knowledge transfer to L2/L3 SOC teams
Preferred Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields
- Experience with workload, server, network architectures and associated security controls Akamai for Microsegmentation
