We are looking for an Oracle E-Business Suite Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS business processes and experience in implementation, support, configuration, testing, and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Configure and support Oracle EBS modules including:

1. Accounts Receivable (AR)

2. Accounts Payable (AP)

3. General Ledger (GL)

4. Order Management (OM)

5. Inventory

- Perform gap analysis and recommend Oracle EBS solutions.

- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents, and test scenarios.

- Support end-to-end business process flows across Finance and Supply Chain modules.

- Work closely with technical consultants for customizations, reports, interfaces, and data migration requirements.

- Execute SIT, UAT, and production support activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Conduct user training and prepare user manuals/documentation.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams during implementations and support engagements.

Required Skills:

- 2 to 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant.

- Strong functional expertise in:

1. Oracle Accounts Payable (AP)

2. Oracle Accounts Receivable (AR)

3. Oracle General Ledger (GL)

4. Oracle Order Management (OM)

5. Oracle Inventory

- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user support.

- Ability to prepare functional specifications for technical development.

- Knowledge of interfaces, conversions, and reporting requirements.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Oracle EBS R12 environment.

- Exposure to Purchasing (PO), Cash Management (CM), or Fixed Assets (FA) modules is an added advantage.

- Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects.

- Basic understanding of Oracle SQL and database concepts.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
