Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable AI/ML solutions across diverse enterprise use cases.

- Architect robust data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment strategies aligned with MLOps best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Prototype and evaluate a range of AI models, including traditional machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI architectures.

- Define and implement rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure model performance and reliability.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Stay current with the latest AI tools and technologies and identify opportunities to leverage them in current and future projects.

- Set strategic goals, define project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of AI projects aligned with initiative objectives.

- Ensure the teams compliance to Zeniths ethical, privacy, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.

- 5+ years experience in AI/ML engineering or data science roles, with 2+ years experience in technical or team leadership roles.

- Proven experience successfully leading AI and ML projects from concept to production.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks (e.g. Scikit-learn, SciPy, PyTorch).

- Experience cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Experience working cross-functionally with, and ability to influence, product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Effective communication and strong leadership abilities.

- Comfortable working with ambiguous or evolving requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills :

- Hands-on experience deploying GenAI systems in Microsoft Azure, including Azure Foundry and Azure AI Search.

- Experience with prompt engineering and prompt lifecycle management.

- Proficiency in Java and SQL.

- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. PySpark, Hadoop).

- Understanding of LLM architectures such as Transformers and Auto-Encoders.

- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face Transformers.

- Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy regulations.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
