Role Description :

This role is pivotal in driving India GCC integration projects and ensuring governance, risk management, and alignment with organizational transformation objectives. The position influences cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence across India and USI teams.

Strategic Impact :

- Enable seamless execution of Vision 2030 initiatives.

- Strengthen governance frameworks for GCC projects.

- Drive operational efficiency and standardization across regions.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain GCC project governance frameworks and risk mitigation plans.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.

- Prepare executive-level dashboards and presentations for leadership updates.

- Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across global teams.

- Implement project management best practices and tools for consistent delivery.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks impacting project timelines and quality.

- Support change management initiatives to align teams with new processes.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or related field.

- 12 to 16 years of experience in project management and governance.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Project, Office, and other project management tools.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Certifications :

- PMP (Project Management Professional)

- PRINCE2 Certification

- Agile/Scrum Certification
