About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled BI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and data engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BI tools such as Apache Superset or Holistics, strong dashboard development expertise, and solid experience working with Amazon Redshift and Python.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights

- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries on Amazon Redshift

- Build scalable data models and ETL pipelines

- Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability

- Perform data validation, performance tuning, and query optimization

- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and pipelines

- Support ad-hoc analysis and reporting requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Apache Superset or Holistics

- Strong experience in dashboard development and data visualization best practices

- Good working knowledge of Amazon Redshift

- Strong SQL skills (query optimization, joins, CTEs, window functions)

- Experience with Python for data processing and scripting

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling

- Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development

- Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
