CRM Architect

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced CRM Architect with strong expertise in enterprise-scale CRM ecosystems, complex solution landscapes, and large transformation programs.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCCs), large System Integrators (SIs) such as Accenture, and enterprise customers across multiple geographies.

The role requires strong expertise in CRM architecture, Azure integrations, stakeholder management, and large-scale implementation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect enterprise CRM solutions across complex business environments.

- Lead CRM transformation and modernization initiatives for large organizations.

- Work closely with business, IT, delivery, and leadership teams to define CRM roadmaps and

solution strategies.

- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM ecosystems integrated with enterprise

platforms.

- Drive CRM implementation, migration, integration, and rollout programs.

- Design Azure-based integration and extension architectures.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards.

- Manage multiple stakeholders across business functions and technology teams.

- Provide technical leadership to implementation and development teams.

- Support solution design, estimations, and architecture governance activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in CRM Architecture and enterprise solution design.

- Experience working in large GCCs and System Integrators (e., Accenture).

- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar.

- Expertise in handling complex CRM landscapes and enterprise implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services and cloud architecture.

- Experience with APIs, middleware, system integrations, and data migration.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience leading large CRM transformation programs.

Nice to Have :

- CRM platform certifications (Dynamics 365 / Salesforce).

- Experience in global rollout and multi-country implementation programs.

- Exposure to enterprise governance and architecture frameworks.
