CreditMitra is a fast-growing digital lending fintech startup based in Hyderabad, focused on empowering salaried individuals with accessible and responsible credit solutions. We are building a scalable lending infrastructure including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), underwriting engines, and bank statement analytics platforms.

Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technology Architect to define and lead the overall system architecture and long-term technology strategy.

Job Description :

- The Senior Technology Architect will be responsible for designing and owning the end-to-end technical architecture of our digital lending ecosystem. This includes architecting scalable microservices, API-first platforms, underwriting systems, and data infrastructure capable of handling high transaction volumes with strong security and compliance controls.

- The role involves designing robust LOS and LMS platforms, defining system blueprints for high availability and fault tolerance, and architecting data pipelines to support underwriting, analytics, and risk monitoring. The candidate will design EMI schedule engines, collections workflows, reconciliation systems, and NPA tracking mechanisms aligned with lending operations.

- The architect will also lead integrations with third-party services including KYC providers, credit bureaus, NSDL, eSign, eMandate, account aggregators, and payment gateways. Strong focus will be required on encryption, tokenization, audit trails, and secure data handling aligned with RBI and data protection guidelines.

- The role requires hands-on experience in building cloud-native systems using AWS or Azure, defining CI/CD pipelines, implementing DevOps best practices, and optimizing database performance using PostgreSQL and MongoDB. The candidate should have deep experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and scalable backend design using Node.js ecosystem.

- Additionally, the Senior Architect will provide architectural guidance to Tech Leads and development teams, conduct system reviews, mentor engineers on scalable design patterns, and drive the technology roadmap in alignment with business growth. Experience in fintech or digital lending platforms such as LOS, LMS, underwriting systems, or risk engines is mandatory.

- The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in backend and system architecture, strong exposure to financial API integrations, solid understanding of the loan lifecycle, and prior experience building high-availability financial systems. Experience in building bank statement analyzers, rule engines, or ML-ready infrastructure will be an added advantage.
