Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Managing IT infrastructure.

- Installing, configuring and managing network equipment including routers, switches, firewall.

- Maintaining the day-to-day IT operation.

- Network Monitoring to maximising network performance.

- Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.

- Configuring and managing of Access list, DHCP IP Sec tunnel, VLANs,.

- Routing & Switching.

- Configuration and maintenance of MPLS technology.

- IT Asset & Inventory Management.

- Manage and implement IT Securities policies and procedures.

- Ensure proper Documentation process is in place.

- Handling Helpdesk & Service Desk.

- Managing Helpdesk & Engineer Team.

Candidate Requirements :

- At least 5 years of experience in IT Management including Network and Servers.

- A good command of English and able to handle offshore users.

- Hand on experience on Cisco Router, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL Firewall & Barracuda Firewall.

- Should have knowledge about Hardening of Network devices.

- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including firewall, routers, switches.

- Should have knowledge and implementation experience on routing protocols BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP etc.

- Should be open to work in 24-7 environments.

- Knowledge of ITIL, ISO27001 & PCI framework.
