- Helpdesk & Service Desk Management : Oversee the management and resolution of support requests through the Helpdesk & Service Desk, ensuring timely and effective responses to technical issues.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor the Helpdesk and Engineer teams, fostering professional growth and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Candidate Requirements :

- Experience : At least 7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on network and server infrastructure.

- Technical Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, SonicWALL and Barracuda Firewalls.

- Network Protocols : In-depth knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, and related technologies.

- Network Security : Proven experience in hardening network devices and ensuring robust security measures across the network infrastructure.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong ability to troubleshoot, administer, and optimize network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.

- Leadership : Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including Helpdesk and engineering teams, with an emphasis on coaching, development, and performance improvement.

- Certifications : Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or similar would be advantageous.

- Availability : Open to working in a 24/7 environment to ensure network continuity and quick issue resolution when needed.

- Knowledge of Frameworks : Familiarity with ITIL, ISO27001, and PCI DSS frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Language Proficiency : Strong command of English and the ability to communicate effectively with offshore teams and stakeholder
