Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative technologist to bridge the gap between design and execution. You will take static or interactive designs from Figma and build them into fully functional, responsive modules within the Splashthat platform. The ideal candidate understands constraints of web design, thrives on pixel-perfect implementation, and knows how to utilize Splashs custom CSS/HTML capabilities to make designs come to life.

Key Responsibilities :

- Figma Asset Preparation : Analyze Figma designs, export assets (SVG, PNG, JPG) optimized for web performance, and document design tokens (colors, typography).

- Module Creation in Splashthat : Utilize Splashthats block-based editor and custom CSS/HTML modules to recreate Figma designs with high fidelity.

- Responsive Implementation : Ensure all modules are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, adapting Figma layout changes gracefully.

- Styling & Interactivity : Apply custom CSS to match branding, including typography, spacing, and hover states. Add animations/transitions where necessary to match Figma prototypes.

- Dynamic Data Integration : Ensure forms, RSVP buttons, and event details function correctly within the Splashthat backend.

- QA & Troubleshooting : Test modules across browsers and devices to identify and fix layout or functionality issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Expertise in Figma : Proven ability to navigate complex Figma files, use Auto Layout, and inspect styles.

- Splashthat Experience : Practical experience building customized modules in Splashthat, including using the custom CSS editor.

- Web Technologies : Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), specifically applied to responsive design.

- Graphic Optimization : Skilled in using SVG for logos/icons and optimizing images for fast load times.

- Attention to Detail : Absolute focus on pixel-perfect alignment, spacing, and typography, adhering to the "8-pixel rule" for spacing.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with advanced Splashthat features (Custom Header/Footer, HTML Components).

- Basic understanding of JavaScript for enhanced functionality.

- Background in UX/UI design.

Core Workflow (Figma -> Splashthat) :

1. Analyze : Review Figma layout (portrait/landscape) and design intent.

2. Export : Optimize logos, icons, and background images from Figma.

3. Build : Set up the structure using Splashthat elements.

4. Style : Apply CSS for custom fonts, colors, and layouts.

5. Animate : Implement splash animations (logo fade-ins, loading effects) via Splash CSS if applicable.

6. Review : Test on Mobile/Desktop.
