About the Role :

We are hiring a skilled and passionate Senior AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise customers. You will be part of a collaborative team building intelligent systems using the latest advancements in machine learning and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and test machine learning models for a variety of business problems

- Leverage services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AutoML, and AI Platform

- Work on GenAI-based solutions leveraging LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering

- Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, model training, tuning, and evaluation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts

- Deploy and monitor models in production environments using MLOps practices

Required Skills and Experience :

- 3-10 years of experience building ML/DL models and pipelines

- Solid understanding of ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, etc.)

- Experience with GenAI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and knowledge retrieval

- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch

- Hands-on experience with GCP tools for AI/ML (Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, AutoML)

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to LLM frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers

- Experience with containerization, APIs, and deploying models using CI/CD pipelines

- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices
