Coupa Platform Support Manager

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Platform Support Manager to lead administration, integration, and operations support for our global procurement and finance platforms. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Coupa ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Coupa platform support, including administration, configuration, and enhancements

- Manage production support operations, ensuring SLA adherence and quick resolution of incidents

- Oversee API-based integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems

- Work on event-driven architectures (Kafka preferred) for scalable and efficient integrations

- Collaborate with business teams to streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes

- Support and integrate Oracle Fusion Financial applications

- Drive incident, problem, and change management via ServiceNow

- Lead and mentor a support team, ensuring operational excellence

- Engage with global stakeholders to identify improvements and implement best practices

Required Qualifications :

- 10 to 13 years of experience supporting enterprise financial or procurement platforms, with strong Coupa expertise

- Proven experience in Coupa administration, configuration, integrations, and production support

- Strong knowledge of API integrations and event-driven systems (Kafka preferred)

- Solid understanding of P2P and I2P processes

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials integration/support

- Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for support operations

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to automation and process optimization

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
