Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant with strong expertise in Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) configuration, support, and process management.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Coupa modules, managing approval workflows, supplier management, integrations, and release validation activities.

The role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, functional understanding of Coupa-SAP integrations, and experience supporting procurement and invoicing workflows within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, manage, and support Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) modules across procurement and invoicing processes.

- Design and manage approval chains, workflow configurations, and change management activities within Coupa.

- Handle Supplier Information Management (SIM) processes and supplier onboarding workflows.

- Support Contracts Management and Process Automator functionalities within Coupa.

- Manage roles, permissions, access controls, and security configurations across Coupa environments.

- Perform Coupa release testing, upgrade validation, and support system enhancement initiatives.

- Work closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.

- Support Coupa-SAP integration activities with strong functional understanding of enterprise workflows.

- Manage RPA-based invoice processing workflows and automation initiatives.

- Configure and support PunchOut and Open Buy functionalities.

- Track, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while ensuring timely support and resolution.

- Coordinate with internal teams, implementation partners, and stakeholders across business and technology functions.

- Participate in process optimization, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Coupa Source-to-Pay (S2P) Configuration and Support.

- Hands-on expertise in Approval Chain Design and Change Management.

- Experience in Supplier Information Management (SIM).

- Strong understanding of Contracts Management and Process Automator.

- Experience managing Roles, Permissions, and Security Configuration in Coupa.

- Experience with Coupa Release Testing and Upgrade Validation.

- Functional knowledge of Coupa-SAP Integration.

- Experience with RPA-based Invoice Processing.

- Hands-on exposure to PunchOut and Open Buy Configuration.

- Strong stakeholder coordination and issue-tracking skills.

Mandatory Certification :

- Coupa Certification is mandatory (P2P, Invoicing, or Core).

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in enterprise procurement and finance environments preferred.

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced and collaborative environments.

- Experience in IT Services & Consulting organizations preferred
