Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LabVantage Developer to join our growing technology and laboratory informatics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting LabVantage LIMS solutions to streamline laboratory operations, improve data integrity, and enhance workflow automation across enterprise environments.

The role requires strong technical expertise in LabVantage LIMS along with a good understanding of laboratory processes, integrations, and enterprise system architecture. The candidate will work closely with business users, laboratory stakeholders, QA teams, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain LabVantage LIMS applications and workflows.

- Configure sample management, specifications, stability studies, instrument integration, and reporting modules.

- Design and implement enhancements, forms, business rules, scripts, and workflows within LabVantage.

- Support integration with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, ELN, and third-party laboratory instruments.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for system-related issues.

- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, validation, and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into -technical solutions.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards such as FDA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.

- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 8 years of experience working with LabVantage LIMS development and configuration.

- Strong knowledge of LabVantage architecture, workflows, and database structures.

- Experience with Java, SQL, JavaScript, XML, and web services.

- Understanding of laboratory operations and life sciences domain processes.

- Experience with system integrations and data migration activities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or chemical industries.

- Exposure to validation documentation and regulated environments.

- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies is an added advantage.
