Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer SAP BASIS to design and deliver comprehensive, high-quality training programs for enterprise-level clients across global locations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP BASIS administration and related technologies, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, and SAP HANA environments.

This is a work-from-home role, requiring the trainer to conduct virtual training sessions using modern digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver expert-led SAP BASIS training programs for corporate and enterprise clients, covering SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, and SAP HANA platforms.

- Provide in-depth training on core SAP BASIS areas, including system operations, system monitoring, system architecture, kernel processes, user and authorization management, and performance optimization.

- Train participants on advanced topics such as Transport Management System (TMS), SAP system installations, upgrades, patch management, and system refresh activities.

- Conduct hands-on training sessions on SAP Fiori configuration, SAP HANA database administration, backup and recovery, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

- Mentor and guide learners throughout the training lifecycle, addressing queries, conducting assessments, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to continuously improve course content, training labs, documentation, and delivery methodologies.

- Deliver training through virtual platforms and, when required, conduct in-person sessions at client locations while maintaining high standards of delivery and learner satisfaction.

- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback to help participants achieve training objectives.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP releases, tools, best practices, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- SAP Certified Technology Associate SAP S/4HANA System Administration (TADM) certification is mandatory.

- SAP Certified Technology Specialist SAP HANA or an equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

- Proven hands-on experience in delivering TADM10, TADM12, and TADM55 training modules.

- Strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS administration, SAP HANA database management, SAP Fiori, and system troubleshooting.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

- Demonstrated capability to design structured, practical, and engaging learning materials, including labs, case studies, and real-time demonstrations.

Additional Requirements :

- Willingness to travel globally to deliver on-site corporate training programs when required.

- Flexibility to work according to international client time zones, including evenings or weekends as per business needs.

- Ability to maintain a professional work-from-home setup suitable for virtual training delivery.

- Experience working with diverse learner groups across different cultures and geographies, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
