Role Overview :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Corporate Trainer - AWS who is capable of delivering high-quality, enterprise-level training programs across multiple AWS tracks. The trainer will work with corporate clients and internal learners, ensuring practical, industry-aligned, and impactful learning experiences.

This is a full-time, remote role involving occasional travel and flexibility to work in rotational shifts to support global training schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver instructor-led corporate training sessions on :

1. AWS Developer

2. AWS Machine Learning

3. AWS Data Engineering

- Customize training content based on client, enterprise, and learner requirements.

- Design hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world project exercises.

- Support learners with technical doubts, assessments, and learning guidance.

- Stay updated with the latest AWS services and certifications.

- Collaborate with internal content and delivery teams to enhance training quality.

- Maintain training quality standards aligned with AWS and organizational guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of strong hands-on experience in AWS, especially in :

1. AWS Developer tools and practices

2. AWS Machine Learning services (SageMaker, Rekognition, etc.)

3. AWS Data Engineering tools (Glue, Redshift, Athena, etc.)

4. AWS Authorized Instructor (AAI) certification - Mandatory.

5. AWS Architecting Certification (Associate or Professional).

- Strong knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

- Strong passion for teaching, mentoring, and enabling learner success.
