About the Team :

The Technology & Transformation (T&T) Analytics practice helps organizations unlock value from complex and high-volume data. The team delivers strategic advisory and implementation services across Business Intelligence & Visualization, Data Management, Performance Management, and Next-Generation Analytics, including Big Data, Cloud, Cognitive, and Machine Learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- As part of the Analytics Consulting team, the role involves delivering data-driven solutions while building strong client relationships.

- Strong experience with Power BI Desktop, including Data Modeling, Power Query, Advanced Data Connectivity, and Monitoring

- Develop interactive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and visual reports using Power BI

- Write, optimize, and maintain DAX queries

- Build analytics solutions leveraging data pipelines to deliver actionable insights on business and operational performance

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions

- Troubleshoot and support data-related technical issues

- Ensure performance optimization, data accuracy, and BI best practices

- Leadership Expectations

Depending on the level (Senior Consultant / Manager), the role will also involve :

- Leading client discussions and managing stakeholder expectations

- Mentoring and developing junior team members

- Driving high-quality delivery and adherence to timelines
