Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM PCMCS Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions for global clients.

The role will involve configuring and enhancing Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS), supporting financial process automation, data integration, reporting, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle EPM PCMCS implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Analyze business requirements related to profitability, cost allocation, financial planning, reporting, and performance management.

- Configure and customize Oracle PCMCS applications based on business and financial process requirements.

- Develop and manage profitability and cost allocation models, dimensions, business rules, and related application components.

- Use EPM Automate and Smart View for application administration, data loading, validation, reporting, and operational activities.

- Design and manage data integration processes using Data Management and related EPM integration capabilities.

- Develop and optimize MDX queries and reporting solutions for financial and profitability analysis.

- Support financial data loads, mappings, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across source and target systems.

- Automate recurring financial and application administration processes using appropriate EPM capabilities and scripting.

- Work with business stakeholders to translate financial requirements into functional and technical solutions.

- Prepare functional and technical specifications, solution documentation, test scenarios, and deployment plans.

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.

- Troubleshoot application, data, integration, calculation, and reporting issues and perform root-cause analysis.

- Provide technical guidance to project teams and support junior consultants where required.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Ensure solutions follow Oracle EPM best practices, security standards, governance requirements, and implementation methodologies.

- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 - 9 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation, consulting, or financial systems delivery.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM PCMCS.

- Experience implementing and supporting Profitability and Cost Management solutions.

- Strong knowledge of EPM Automate and Smart View.

- Hands-on experience with Data Management and EPM data integration processes.

- Strong understanding of MDX queries and financial reporting requirements.

- Experience with financial process automation, profitability analysis, cost allocation, and management reporting.

- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Strong understanding of financial data structures, dimensions, mappings, and reconciliation.

- Good understanding of Oracle EPM architecture and related cloud platform capabilities.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global delivery environment.

- Experience providing technical guidance and contributing to solution design discussions.
