We are seeking a seasoned Workfront expert to join our team in Noida, Chennai, or Bangalore to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade Work Management solutions. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and global clients to streamline operational workflows. By architecting robust configurations and integrations, you will directly influence organizational efficiency, ensuring that our clients can scale their project delivery capabilities and achieve measurable improvements in productivity and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and deploy end-to-end Workfront solutions, including custom forms, project templates, and complex approval workflows, to align with specific client business processes.

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with senior stakeholders to translate high-level operational challenges into scalable technical configurations.

- Manage the integration of Workfront with third-party enterprise applications such as Jira, Salesforce, or Adobe Creative Cloud to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and system administration, ensuring high platform availability and optimal performance for global user bases.

- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the delivery team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing Adobe Workfront, with a deep understanding of object structures, reporting, and dashboard creation.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process bottlenecks and engineer automated solutions that drive operational efficiency.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within distributed, hybrid, or on-site team environments across different time zones.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering high-impact projects within the 5 to 10-year experience bracket.

- High degree of adaptability to evolving project requirements, with a proactive approach to learning new features and industry trends within the Workfront ecosystem.
