Role Overview:

We are looking for a Program / Project Manager with a strong foundation in core IT and mandatory experience in Microsoft technologies, especially Azure and Microsoft AI stack.

This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery, client engagement, and Microsoft-led solution/program execution. You will drive end-to-end delivery across engineering and skilling initiatives, with a strong alignment to the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

- Own end-to-end delivery of Azure / Microsoft technology-driven projects and training programs

- Act as the primary interface for clients, partners and stakeholders, especially in Microsoft-centric engagements

- Manage multiple concurrent programs across AI, cloud, and enterprise Microsoft solutions

- Drive planning, execution, governance, and delivery timelines

- Work closely with engineering teams delivering Azure, AI, and Microsoft stack solutions

- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and trainers for program execution

- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and escalations

- Identify risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve issues

- Drive reporting, dashboards, and delivery metrics (MIS, KPIs)

- Contribute to strengthening delivery frameworks aligned to Microsoft best practices

Core Requirements:

- Strong background in core IT / software engineering (hands-on experience preferred)

- 3 - 6+ years in Project / Program Management roles

- Mandatory experience with Microsoft Technologies, including Microsoft Azure (core services, architecture understanding), Microsoft AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI workloads), and familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure Data, Security basics)

- Proven experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models

- Experience managing cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, partners, trainers)

- Ability to handle multiple projects/programs simultaneously

Certifications (Strongly Preferred):

- Microsoft Certifications (Azure Fundamentals / Administrator / Architect, Azure AI Engineer / Data Engineer)

- PMP / Prince2

- Scrum certifications (CSM / PSM)
