Concinnity Media - System Engineer - Linux Server

Role overview :

- Maintains and supports Linux servers, middleware and storage infrastructure in APAC.

Main Responsibilities :

- Supports and maintains technologies, within Natixis Asia perimeter, including but not limited to :

a. RHEL 7/8

b. Middleware (Weblogic / MQSeries / Control M)

c. Storage (Netapp / EMC)

d. Backup and Restore

e. Satellite, Ansible, IDM

- Lead and work with Linux and Windows, IT Security and application team on Obsolescence project.

- Remove EOL OS and application by migration or decommission.

- Resolve vulnerability issues.

- Work closely with Asia head of IT security, Risk and Compliance to ensure Natixis systems comply with security guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure Natixis assets are properly used, inventoried and monitored.

- Documentation related to the deployed solutions and ensured they are updated regularly.

- Reports, follows up and escalate, if necessary, any incident in a timely manner and ensure it has been logged.

Technical Skill Requirements :

- Solid experience on RHEL7/8.

- Hands on with RHEL in-place upgrade and migration.

- Experience on NAS and SAN (EMC/Netapp).

- Experience on Middleware (Weblogic / MQSeries / Control-M).

- Experience on Hadoop.

- Experience on Windows 2019/2022 administration is an advantage.

Job Qualification (Education, years of experience and other soft skills) :

- Bachelors degree.

- 5+ years of experience with Linux administration. Preferred in financial industry.

- Self-motivated, good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good command of both written and spoken English
