Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Business Analyst to join our Product team focusing on lending partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI(Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, particularly in lending.

This role involves supporting the creation of business requirement documents, developing test scenarios, process documentation, assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting project management across cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA/Confluence, APIs, CRM, LOS, LMS would be appreciated.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for lending partnership projects, with focus on customer and partner experience.

- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).

- Create detailed test scenarios and test cases to ensure thorough testing of business requirements.

- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test plans and scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and documenting test results.

- Support process documentation, including preparation of process flow charts, ensuring all processes are clearly defined and documented.

- Work closely with product managers to support project planning, on-time execution, and monitoring.

- Support timely, smooth roll-out and adoption of new product iterations & meeting committed timelines for various product launches Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including engineering, risk policy, credit, operations, and external partners.

- Analyse and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving partnership processes and products.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all project activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI/Lending industry (withoverall 4-5 years of experience).

- Proven experience working with APIs, Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the lending sector.
