Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant & Developer with 9+ years of expertise in Salesforce platform development and consulting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms.

- Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and integrations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

- Perform system integrations, deployments, data migration, and platform enhancements.

- Ensure scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical planning.

- Maintain documentation and support ongoing platform improvements.

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and consulting experience.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Sales Cloud

2. Service Cloud

3. Marketing Cloud

4. Experience Cloud

- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, deployment models, and customization capabilities.

- Experience with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and best practices.

- Ability to work with stakeholders and gather business requirements effectively.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for Salesforce.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to third-party integrations and middleware platforms.
