Role Overview :

We're looking for a skilled Power BI Developer who excels in transforming raw data into impactful insights. You'll be responsible for connecting to organizational databases, designing dynamic reports, and delivering exportable dashboards that empower smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Database Connectivity : Integrate and manage connections to separate organizational databases.

- Report Development : Design and populate interactive reports using dynamic filters in Power BI.

- Report Exporting : Enable export options for sharing reports across platforms.

- Data Gap Analysis : Rapidly prototype new reports and identify missing data elements with precision.

Required Skills :

- Strong command of Power BI, SQL, and Data Modeling (including normalization techniques).

- Advanced knowledge in Data Analytics, including trends, KPIs, and statistical visualizations.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities to transform business needs into technical deliverables.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) :

- Knowledge of DAX expressions and advanced Power BI visual customization.

- Experience integrating Power BI with cloud services like Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, or Data Lakes.

- Familiarity with data governance, security protocols, and performance optimization.
