Job Overview :

Looking for an experienced Collibra Data Governance Developer with strong hands-on expertise in workflow development, Groovy scripting, and metadata modeling within the Collibra platform. The candidate will work closely with data governance teams to implement and enhance enterprise data governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Collibra workflows to automate data governance processes.

- Develop and customize Groovy scripts within the Collibra platform.

- Work on Collibra Meta Model configuration including assets, relations, and attributes.

- Implement and support Collibra Edge integration for metadata ingestion.

- Collaborate with data governance teams to define and implement data governance frameworks and policies.

- Support data cataloging, lineage, stewardship, and metadata management initiatives.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Collibra implementations to ensure platform performance and reliability.

- Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and data engineers to support enterprise data governance initiatives.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 8 years of total IT experience.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Governance.

- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Collibra.

- Strong hands-on experience in :

1. Collibra Workflow Development

2. Groovy Scripting

3. Meta Model configuration

4. Collibra Edge

- Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and best practices.

Good to Have :

- Prior experience in Banking / Financial Services domain.

- Exposure to other Data Governance tools (e.g., Informatica, Alation, etc.).

- Experience in data management, metadata management, or data quality initiatives.
