CoinDCX - Senior Software Development Engineer I - Test - Automation Testing

Description :

- Develop automated test scripts to maximize efficiency using the in-house Appium Framework (app automation) or the Karate or Rest Assured Framework (API automation).

- Writing and debugging automated test scripts for new features and maintaining existing test scripts.

- Maintain various reports to track mobile and API automation coverage for projects and present a weekly

status report to stakeholders.

- Understand the product and review test cases with the manual testing team to automate.

Requirements :

- 3- 7 years of experience in software testing.

- 1+ years of experience in Appium.

- 2+ years of experience in API Testing

- Good exposure in writing Appium scripts for Android and iOS hybrid apps and Rest Assured/Karate for APIs.

- Experience working with the Java programming language.

- Experience in working with the Page Object Model design pattern.

- Experience working on TestNG, Maven, BitBucket, Git, and Jenkins.

- Experience in Android ADB and iOS commands.

- Sound understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies.

- Experience in working with any IDE tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA.

- Familiar with the Postman tool.

Good to have :

- Experience in automating web applications using Selenium.

- Integration of automation suites with cloud service providers such as BrowserStack and AWS Farm.

- Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency will be an added advantage.

- Working in a growing start-up environment.

- Experience in the fintech domain will be another added advantage.

- Knowledge of Shell scripting.
